Bentley Academy Innovation School Language Acquisition Test Coordinator - Internal candidates only, Salem Public Schools [SY 2026-2027]

 

Responsible as the Principal’s designee to perform all matters related to assessments administered at Bentley Academy Innovation School related to Spanish & English language acquisition (LAS Links and ACCESS testing) throughout the year (2026-27).

 

Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Collaborating internally with school administration and externally with DESE and DCR and additional test administration online resources as needed.
• Preparing all pre-testing reports and data downloads according to any submission deadlines for each assessment.
• Maintaining security of all testing materials.
• Planning for logistics for each exam administration (location(s), proctors, materials, supplies, proctor instructions, attendance and extended time attendance, preparation of student testing materials, plan for extended time testing etc.).
• Ensuring procedures, staff training, and protocols maintain required test security and sound administration requirements.
• Working closely with Special Education teachers/liaisons to ensure accurate reporting and delivery of eligible accommodations.
• Preparing and delivering any necessary staff and test administrator training. 
• Creating and sharing appropriate files/reports for each exam.
• Ensuring after each day of testing all secured testing material is accounted for.
• Attending all related DESE/ACCESS and DCR/LAS Links training sessions delivered throughout the year (on location or webinar based calls).

Stipend amount: $750
