21st Century Community Learning Centers (21C) Program Staff, Witchcraft Heights Elementary School, Salem, MA [SY 2026-2027] — INTERNAL ONLY

Witchcraft Heights Elementary School(WHES) is seeking teachers, support staff, and paraprofessionals to join our 21C After-School Program for the 2026–2027 school year. The program serves students in grades 3–5 across three 10-week sessions. Staff may apply to work all three sessions or select specific sessions.

Site Coordinator (1-2 Positions)

The Site Coordinator serves as the lead point of contact for the 21C program, overseeing daily operations, student well-being, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

21C Teachers: PBL, Tutoring & Enrichment (3–4 Openings)

Compensation: Contractual hourly rate for SPS teachers.

Schedules & Roles:

Paraprofessionals — Support Staff (2–4 Openings)

Hours: 2:00 /2:15 PM – 4:30/4:45 PM (2–4 days per week: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)

Compensation: Contractual hourly rate for SPS support staff.
