Eligibility: Grant Funded - only available to Literacy Lab, Math Lab, and Personalized Learning Lab teachers and Math/ELA coach
Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per teacher, up to 10 hours per coach

Position Overview:
Collins Middle School is excited to deepen the personalized learning work of the school for the 2026-27 school year, including a summer step-back and individualized planning session for educators taking on this role in the new school year. This is an opt-in opportunity for two hours of reflection and planning between August 20, 2026 and August 28, 2028.

Responsibilities:
Educators will participate in 2-4 hours of compensated summer planning, including:

• Reflection on the first year of learning labs: what works, what could have been better, and what to change.
• Launch planning with goals and overall structure of the course for SY2026-27.

Compensation:
$45/hour, funded by a DESE grant.
